It is of crucial importance, that no more than one transponder in each vehicle is needed, to drive in or through other countries.This new vision on a future vehicle-tax-system, is based upon consummation-tax, in stead of punishing people for having a car. Traffic safety can be monitored through combination with satellite-systems, watching speed from all vehicles, to reduce traffic victims at all times.The combined COMBO-system should run on renewable energy, such as solar power and wind power, implemented on existing infrastructures as much as possible.
